Butternut squash is delicious food for autum and winter. It is slightly sweet and kids love it. This recipe is very simple and easy. You can serve it with noodles or rice or eat on its own.

This recipe is very handy in warm days when we don't feel like eating warm food. You can serve it when is still slightly warm or even  from fridge. 

Millet gives you a feeling of fullness and with combination of fresh salad you won't feel heavy and tired after eating.

My daughter loves this recipe and she is very happy if I cut the mushrooms into large chunks. She would be able to eat it all the day.
