This is very simple recipe for quick meal. Serve with fresh vegetable to increase nutrition benefits. 


Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the chopped onion, crushed garlic, coarsely grated carrots and chopped celery sticks.

Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cut asparagus in to small pieces and add them to the pan and  cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Rinse the in a sieve under cold running water.

Add it to the pan and  pour the vegetable stock or water. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer over low heat for approximately 15 minutes. The stock should be absorbed and millet should be fluffy. 

Serve with fresh vegetable salad.
